2. Personal Data We Collect
We process only the personal data strictly necessary to communicate with you and maintain the technical integrity of this website:
- Contact form data: your full name, business email address, subject of inquiry, and message content.
- Server logs: technical information such as your IP address, timestamp of access, and basic browser/device headers, collected automatically by the hosting server for security and operational purposes.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the following grounds:
- Responding to inquiries and communication: processed based on our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Website security, diagnostics, and technical maintenance: technical server logs are processed based on our legitimate interest in ensuring network and information security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your personal details in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary if you wish to receive a response to your inquiry.
4. Third-Party Service Providers and Web Tools
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We engage trusted third-party providers solely to facilitate our services:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (for serving the landing page and security).
- Email delivery services (to route messages submitted via the contact form to our inbox).
- Search Engine Tools: We use Google Search Console (provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) solely to monitor website indexing, technical search performance, and visibility in Google Search results. Google Search Console does not collect end-user personal profiles or install user-tracking scripts on this website; the data received through this tool consists of aggregated technical and search query performance statistics.
Where any technical providers process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards are implemented in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Retention Period
We keep your submitted inquiry details only for as long as necessary to address your request and maintain customary business correspondence records (typically up to 12 months after the matter is resolved), unless statutory legal, accounting, or claim defense obligations require longer retention. Server logs are routinely purged.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
This website does not use marketing cookies, third-party user behavioral analytics (such as Google Analytics), or cross-site tracking technologies.
Our use of Google Search Console is strictly server- and search-index-level and does not deploy tracking cookies or collect personal identifiers on your terminal device. We only rely on technical mechanisms strictly necessary for page delivery and form handling.

- Request access to your personal data;
- Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data;
- Request restriction of processing or object to processing;
- Data portability, where applicable;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych – UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, website: uodo.gov.pl).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@anaplater.com.
